Job description

We’re looking for talented individuals who share our passion for building high quality software to join our R&D team next summer (2025).


During a 8-12 week placement you’ll get to work directly on the Pexip products as a core team member, based out of our Reading office. If highly scalable distributed cloud systems is your idea of fun, we would love to hear about you!

Job requirements

Candidate Qualifications

  • Proficiency in, at least, one programming language such as C, C#, C++, Python, or Go
  • Knowledge of OOP and/or functional design patterns and language features, able to use appropriately
  • Started your bachelors or master degree at a UK higher education institution and due to graduate in 2025 or 2026


Not required but definite bonuses

  • Some experience with Linux system administration or shell scripts  
  • Understanding of network programming and network-oriented design patterns
  • Any experience working with distributed software systems
  • A public Github profile or something along those lines - we would love to see some of your existing code
